The owner, Emmah, (may have misspelled her name) is very personable and appreciates her customers. She goes over and beyond for them. She knows her products and is very good at matching your colors and helping you have the look you will be happy with.

My best friend got married this week in Gulf Shores and on her wedding day we showed up for her makeup appt somewhere else to find out they never called to cancel her and the lady didn't work there anymore. We were frantically trying to find a place and Hema at Merle Norman came to her rescue! She was so sweet and understanding and made sure my best friends makeup was just how she wanted it for her special day! I would highly recommend going to her shop. It's so warm and inviting with a large variety of products and Hema makes the experience come full circle!

I just wanted to extend my gratitude to both Hema and Piper for getting me in last second for makeup and a hairstyle. We were getting family portraits taken while visiting Gulf Shores on vacation and they were so accommodating. Piper did a phenomenal job and I received so many compliments. Beautiful space with excellent customer service. This studio is a one-stop shop for cosmetics and skincare for all ages. Literally cannot get enough lip pencil pluses!! Stop in and see Hema - that girl will hook you up!
