I have been working at buying flooring from out of state for a rental unit. Amanda and Gaven, in flooring, helped me by several phone calls. They have been so very helpful, kind and patient. It has been a shear pleasure. Can’t say enough good things about those two. I sincerely hope their managers are aware of what treasures they are.

We love shopping at Lowe's, and do most of our home improvement shopping there, but we made the huge mistake of purchasing our window replacements through them. First they didn't honor the original install date, it was at least one month later than quoted. Finally when the windows were installed there were several major issues... and now two months later, they refuse to communicate with us as to when they will come out to resolve things. We ordered hurricane proof windows, two were installed with cracks in them, one window is not sealed properly and cold air is coming in, and no screens were delivered or installed. We call and call, are promised call back times which are not honored, and the installer says he has no recourse, it's terrible. And here we pay on a huge bill in a timely manner to Lowe's with zero customer service. Extremely dissatisfied!

Worst Lowe's in existence!! They do not help their customers. Waited for over 40mph for someone to cut boards after asking front counter to send someone. On the way I said I'll go to Home Depot. They're literally across the street so don't pick this dump.

We needed a new dishwasher and found one online at Lowe's. When we went in to buy the dishwasher we were helped by Kat. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She went through all our options, giving her opinion when we asked. I highly recommend Lowe s appliance section. Don't forget to ask for Kat

I would give this Lowe's a zero but you have to leave some type of rating. In the past few years I have been watching Lowe's go downhill. Today was an all-time low. I went in there to purchase some new carpet with measurements of my own. The young lady said she can't give me any quotes or prices on anything until her measuring people come out to measure my rooms. I told her I was trying to see if Lowe's prices were better than anybody else's cuz normally I go to Lowe's for everything and anything I need. The young lady said that's not all it's $35 for them to come out and measure my home. What kind of policy is that that's crazy Lowe's has never been this way I will never go back even if Lowe's was the lowest price on anything anymore. I think y'all need to get a better policy

Update to the update: after much confusion and no help from Lowe's, the item showed up on a Sunday night. It was in good shape and as ordered. Elevates them to 2 star. Update: I finally gave up and hung up just as Lowe's wants you to do after over an hour. Still on hold for the Cracker Jack Lowe's associate to help me after auto robot gave me the wrong info. Going on 15 minutes already. Ordered a Christmas item that is obviously time sensitive with a promised delivery of today. The tracking info from Lowe's is ambiguous at best. So here I sit in the loop of never never land waiting to see if anyone will actually assist me. If the item does not come today I miss another three days since it will be the weekend. This transaction will determine if I shop Lowe's online OR in person in the future. Poor poor service thus far.

I have had a bad experience every time I go in this location. It’s like your a burden to the employees from the head cashier to the lumber counter. They never want to help and are very rude when you ask them for help.

While you can find what you want at Lowes, you can't get help loading when you need it. My husband and I stopped by after church, we were in our nicer clothes. We bought 18 bags of marble chips, calls went out 3 times for help loading finally after waiting 20 mins we had to load them ourselves. We have a Home Depot right next door. We will not be coming back to Lowes, our business is going across the street to Home Depot.

Dottie Roosevelt I came here to grab another shelf as the Craftsman shelf I have at home works wonderfully! However this location only had a floor model available and Dottie came to the rescue. She not only helped me get the floor model down but she took it to the register for me while I went and found a cart to take it to my truck. Thank you Dottie for your amazing customer service and thank you Roosevelt for helping me load the shelf that was put together in the back of my truck! Will be coming back again !

The Lowe's in Foley Alabama curbside service is a complete joke... It be faster to take a slow boat to China and pick up your stuff! Literally... Don't waste your time. This is complete false advertising...

Horrible, horrible service. We bought a new washing machine with free installation. Our hoses were in fine shape so no need to replace them. When the delivery people got there they refused to install the washing machine because we did not buy new hoses. We were never told this was an issue. We had a representative there who screwed the old hoses into the new machine but these guys would not tighten them. Cost me an extra $100.00 to get a repair man to go there and tighten those hoses. I would not recommend you buy appliances from this store.

We ordered a stove for a rental property of ours. All good so far. We were given a 4 hour window (3:30 - 7:30 PM) for delivery. Because I am out of the area, I was trying to coordinate when our management company should got out to await delivery (4 hours is WAY to long to have them wait). No one at the Foley store would answer the phone despite multiple calls (sitting on hold for 20-30 minutes before call was disconnected) when I tried to coordinate. Their delivery service used by Lower (Spirit Logistics) was equally awful. Multiples calls (between 8:30 AM - noon) into their place before they finally answered (NOTE: after fifteen minutes, you can leave a message, but they never called back, so I kept on calling and holding). Finally, I got through at 12:02 and they agreed, they could give 30 minutes notice of when the truck would be on their way. At 12:12 PM, I get a phone call from the delivery truck that it was at my rental ... Over 3 hours outside the window provided. Also, the tracking tool provided had me at stop #10. I was able to track when they were at stop #1 ... a couple hours later, I saw they were at stop #6, then stop #5, then stop #4 (wrong order - WTH?) ... and then the phone call they were at my unit. After I was able to contact my management company and scramble to get someone to our home, Spirit Logistics corporate entity calls at 12:32 to say that the delivery truck was at our unit and I had 15 minutes to get someone to arrive. What the f~@! You give a short time to arrive when you are 3 hours 20 minutes early! Horrible service at the store. Horrible service with delivery.

Had a fiasco trying to get touch up paint from Sherwin Williams so thought i would give Lowes a try..I took the same paper sample in I took to Sherwin to have matched..No problem a perfect match..I wish I had known I could have it done here it would have saved me a lot of aggravation..If I ever need paint mixed or matched it will be at this store.. and good helpful customer service..
