I am not one to write reviews often, but the ladies at Little Bitty’s saved my butt. Blew out two tires and they had a truck to me within 15 minutes that could safely transport the toddler I had with me. The office lady was the absolute sweetest lady ever, and upon hearing I wasn’t from this area and I had a child with me they acted promptly. The cost of the tow was so affordable and the driver Amber went absolutely above and beyond for me!! I will forever recommend anybody in this area to Little Bitty’s!!Service: Car towing

My check engine light came on right before I turned it into the parking lot at work, and I wasn’t able to drive it to a shop- I googled towing companies and this is the first one that came up- and I’m so glad it did! In a world where customer service no longer exists, it does here! The lady who took my call was super nice( I forgot her name) and Amber who came to tow my car was super helpful and friendly! She called to let me know she was on the way, and when she got there called me to tell me she was there. When i went outside to meet her, she was SO personable and helpful which I was grateful for because I’ve never had my car towed and I was kinda nervous… I also didn’t pay an arm and a leg for them to tow it, so if you need a tow call these guys! Thank you so so much little bittys towing for restoring my faith in humanity this morning!

My name is Raymond Shea. My sister recently purposely crashed her car trying to take her life due to mental health issues. Well her car ended up in this dirtbags hands. My father called little bittys asking only to be able to get my sisters clothes out of her car. That’s it. Just her clothes. Again the dirtbag owner told my father he would need $200 for us to get her clothes. He said “I’m not in business to loose money.” He told my father that he will barely make anything off her car. Now we see that he is having an auction to sell the car for parts. Again what a straight up scumbag!

My daughter drove from Mobile al. to visit family.whan she got ready to drive home her car would not start.My wife called and was told that it would be 50.00 hookup and 4.50 a mile to tow it.My daughter called back the next morning just to confirm and pay with credit card over thephone.She was told also 50.00 hookup and 4.50 per mile. But they wouldn't accept payment yet until they were sure they could tow it. Fine. So they did tow it and when my daughter called to pay they charged her 100.00 hookup. Said they never said 50.00 hookup. So I would not recommend them to anyone.

Well I hope you never need them but if you need a toe little bitty towing are reliable and responsive. I blew a coolant line and my car was disabled. I called them and they were there in fifteen minutes. Chip was professional and quick. Respected my vehicle and transported it to a garage of my choice for repair.I could not expect more from a towing service. I highly recommend.Service: Car towing

Used them for the second time for a scheduled tow. Reasonably priced, showed up at scheduled time on the dot. Amber the tow driver is super sweet and a pro, as are the folks I talked to in office. Definitely recommend them!

One of their drivers ran stop sign, almost hit me, and then flipped me off. After I went, driving behind me, he decides to slammed his brakes on, no blinker and sudden turn, flipping me off out window. Very unprofessional. I called office and she didn’t sound like she even wanted to hear what I was saying. Will NEVER use this company.
