I had an awesome time at Lane Bryant at the Tanger. All because the sales associate Tahnja was outstanding with her questions and assistance. She help pick out my size and style of bra and continue to check on me. I felt very comfortable with her knowledge when asking questions. She also help me get a credit card and was very patient with me. Awesome customer service Tahnja, keep up the good work and your sweet smile!!

Overall the store appearance was find but the customer service was not on point. There was no greeting when entering the door and the customer service rep was not willing to help. I wandered around in the store for over 20 minutes and finally just left.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I ask a sales associate, Shalimar, if the jeans were on sale. She explained the sales to me and then did an exceptional job with trying to find a fit for me. I tried on several pair and finally purchased one. Unfortunately I did need to return them the next day. Shalimar was there and helped me get another size sent to my home in North Alabama. Lane Bryant is very lucky to have Shalimar. Thank you for your help.The only complaint I have is that the store opens at 11:00. I really wish they had opened at 10:00 when all the other store do.
