Amazing customer service upon ordering they sent me pics of the 4 in stock and let me pick one out. Shipping was quick and arrived in a well built wood box and wrapping. Will be ordering more in the future.

I can recommend this place 100% because they stand behind their service and their products. I had a slight problem with one of the newer chairs I had purchased and within minutes of sending them pictures they solved my problem on their dime in the name of as they put it, "we value you as a customer and your business and we want to make it right for you". Not only did they say it, they backed their words with action! They walk the walk and talk the talk! Something rare these days and there is no way I'd do business with anyone else for my furniture needs. Another reason to love them is the way their furniture last and last even when in the rain and sun. My first set for outdoors was purchased close to 13 years ago and the set is still functioning like the day it was brought home! For product and service Chic Teak can NOT be beat! These are the kind of people you want to buy from. We bought some furniture from them years ago and needed to refinish a tabletop due to years in a rental house. They were so very helpful with how to do it and the product to use…..I can’t say enough good about them. Thanks Austin and Clint!

I ordered a large , outdoor high top dining table for our home in Palm Springs. Price, delivery and product were top notch . After about 2 months we noticed the wood splitting on 2 stools. I asked for advice on a wood filler and they immediately sent out 2 new chairs! Haven’t seen old time customer service like that in a very long time…. Highest recommendation …….

I ordered the sheesham chairs; deliver was fast & packaging was ample to keep them safe. These chairs have a great weight too them & are VERY well made. Thick pieces of wood of different shades & grain/patterns make each chair a very unique & special piece. The seats aren't sculpted (they're flat) so you may want to get seat cushions. The finish is very nice satin sheen.

We are very pleased with the 6 drawer console we ordered. Customer service was incredible and shipping was so easy. It arrived in great condition and came quickly. It’s a very fun piece, colorful, and made from refurbished boats!

I bought the Suar Bar table for $1240.00 ,The customer service by Clint was responsive in the beginning ,after he got the money and I got the table which had an overlooked factory defect ( wood splitted on the edge of the foot rest bar that transverses across the table) I called and sent the pics about it and everything turn out 180* ,he was the one getting mad and defensive instead of me , telling me that he would give me some “pointers" how to fix it by myself ,everything else was up to his discretion . Im not paying brand new price to just fix it myself as broken .I have to dealt with somebody else ,I was promised to get the materials and tools sent via Fedex by next week, that never happened .Terrible experience.I would recommend not to buy from them, in addition to my surprise the offer a ( 1 year warranty ) when I claimed my warranty rights after a week of delivery ,they claimed the warranty is up to his discretion ,so that doesn’t exist as they offer, NOW YOU ARE AWARE. disputing my money.
