Thank youuuu to Tiffany sales associate who helped me over the phone all the way from Florida. I called looking for a specific bag I wanted that was out of stock everywhere else and she quickly got me taken care of and sent me a private link to purchase it myself and it is now going to be delivered to me in Florida:) the bag is out of stock online everywhere but Tiffany was patient in checking if they had it and made sure I got it! Thank you so much :)

Great place to spend a week''s earnings on a purse. You can look pretty with your empty purse and wish you had money for lunch. I was drug in and was happy to be lead out.

Excellent service! I called not knowing if I could purchase over the phone and if they would ship. Oh yes!!! I bought a purse on Saturday and received it on Tuesday. I’m so happy because it was a gift for my daughter in-law and it arrived on her birthday! Thank you for your help!! *****

I have always loved this store because of their friendliness in staff but this time they went above and beyond!! I wanted a wallet that matched my purse that I bought in April. I am from out of town so I had to do this over the phone. The sweet girl looked it up and found my exact color and found the wallet that matched!! She had it sent out the same day that I paid!! Super easy process and GREAT COMMUNICATION!!! Thank you so much!!

This is a very clean store with a large variety of kate spade products. Fantastic customer service 2 days in a row. The y were so sweet and helpful, even called another store in the outlet to help me locate my credit card that I left there. I love Kate Spade merchandise so went 3 times in my week stay and had a great experience each and every time.

Second time here and was completely ignored by staff. Walked in and started looking with my husband, one associate walked right next to us several times but never even acknowledged us. Customer service 0/10 would not recommend
