I don’t normally leave reviews but I just have to give a shout out to Hali! If I ever have any questions or need anything, she takes care of it right away. I usually dodge phone calls because I prefer email but she is so sweet on the phone I will actually pick up when she calls. Thanks Hali! ?

I cannot say enough good things about State Farm/Josh Wild. Specifically, Rianna West, our agent who handled our claim! We bought two brand new vehicles about three months before a hail storm completely battered them. We were pretty distraught, but Rianna was such a pleasure to work with. She got us in touch with a body shop (Freeman's - which I also give 5 stars!) and both vehicles were restored to beyond what I thought was possible. She explained the process and everything was completely seamless. Every promise and assurance that was made came to fruition. Highly recommend!

Ms. Rianna has great communication skills and is very knowledgeable. She has been very helpful not only for life insurance but business and worker's comp, as well. I highly recommend her. I use her for my personal needs and my business needs.

State farm cannot taylor a policy to your needs. You end up paying for things you don't need. I don't blame Josh, I blame state farm.
