On vacation and had a small issue with my Jaguar. Called and got an appointment right away. They fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes and my car was much more safe to drive. Huseyin and Hunter were very friendly, accomodating and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place!!

I read the ratings for IM on google, most reviews were positive so I decided to take my BWW to them for repair. I had a power steering pump go out and had new pump and fluid reservoir ordered so I could replace them but since I didn’t have the time I decided to let them do it. They charged me $584.00 for 2 hours of labor and $42.00 for test drive. When I checked under the hood I realized the power steering reservoir was zip tied to my dip stick and it was almost empty. I would recommend you to shop around before taking your car there for repairs..

My daughter used this guy a couple of years age. He charged her nearly $10,000 to "fix" her car. It still doesn't run. Rip off to say the least, this guy should not be in busine and should be in jail. I only give him one star so this can be posted. Go anywhere but here.

If you have money to burn, this is the place because everytime I went to bring in my car, I had to keep coming in every month, including something I KNOW that they damaged while they had it just for me to come back and get it fixed. They also stole from my car, which I know they did because this was the only place I took it to since I had a foreign car and I thought this was the only place to worked on foreign cars. Had to go get a new car because of these guys. Completely ripped off me and my family. Never coming back.

Pre-purchase inspection of my first ever Mercedes was fantastic. Educated me on the ins and outs of the brand while helping me make a thoroughly-informed decision. Service interval work done a month later was $2500 less than expected and my vehicle is running great. This will be my long-term shop!

When I first bought my 1986 Porsche 911 I was afraid I wouldn’t find a quality mechanic in the area. Living on the coast of Alabama these types of cars are not as prevalent. International Motors have been working on my car for the last three years. I couldn’t be happier. They’ve fixed all the odds and ends on it. From making the windows work properly to repairing the air conditioning to making it run better than ever. They've covered all the bases. They also keep my Z4 BMW running perfect. We dropped off the car, the 2 gentlemen that handled the front desk were awesome to talk to, felt like they really genuinely cared and were awesome at explaining how things were going to go down. A couple of hours later, got a call that they confirmed the issue and gave us a quote to replace the spark plug and the ignition coil. Another call an hour later saying it was done. This took less than 5 hours which we were more than happy about.

I never review places but International Motors really impressed. We brought my girlfriend's car here after talking with Quan a couple of days before - we wanted to have a Check Engine Light looked at (one of her spark plugs were misfiring) and to see if they could diagnose and see what really needed to be replaced.
