Called this business this past week asking about an 11k+ order for an F350 build. The lady who answered was rude, condescending, and had zero interest in discussing the build. I've taken my business elsewhere with fantastic results already. Terrible. Take your business to a place with professionals who care. NOT military or first responder friendly, either.

Do not use these guys they will nickel and dime you. Let me clarify some items this shop doesn't disclose. Their work is only good for 90 days which means if a part goes bad they will only warranty the part for up to a year NOT the labor. Most other auto repairs in foley (feel free to call around yourself to verify) will cover the part and the labor for a full year if a part goes bad. I had a water pump on my car that was replaced in October and it went bad last week. I had 2 other auto repair places verify that this is the problem. This place wants me to pay them around another $300 to put a new one on it. Its not my fault the part is bad.
This lady is rude and her husband promises things that aren't kept. Her husband previously told me that he would work with me on a price of a new repair and take money off because of a previous issue at the time that originally was thought to be a water pump but instead ended up being a o ring that wasn't connected properly from Huck's. Long story I had to take it Goodyear because I was heading out of town and couldn't wait. However, the lady wasn't there the day this happened and when I mentioned this to her it was obviously not mentioned to her or she straight up refused to honor what her HUSBAND told me. I guess I see who wears the pants in this relationship. Needless to say don't use these guys go somewhere that will actually honor the part and the labor for a full year instead of being nickeled and dimed. This place will never receive a cent from me as I will breakdown before I pay these cons any more money. Just so you know the word has already reached my subdivision and they will not be using you either.

I only leave reviews, when its inexcusably bad , or exceptional. We full time RV with an F350 Power Stroke diesel pulling a 16K fifth wheel and were spending the winter in Gulf Shores with oil leaks. Their forte is performance....but they also rock on Ford diesels. My repairs sadly were common for the engine and (sadly) were extensive. The were honest explaining the issues and the best way forward. While the bill was painful, it was done right which is most important. They also shared their extensive knowledge on my engine which equips me further as an owner. The owners are are great people who take care of their customers and employees. Their diesel mechanic like the owners was exceptional. I'm grateful that I found them.

This guy has figured out how to scam legally and lemme tell you he’s good at it I brought my f-250 diesel truck to him instantly had to pay 500 dollars just for it to be looked at and then he proceeded to tell me the high pressure oil pump was out in the truck and if you know those trucks that is rare that the oil pump just fails outta nowhere then quoted me at 4600$ to fix a oil pump I emailed them and let them know the truck was gonna get towed on a Friday to a different shop and called them Friday comes around and the shop was closed so I did what anyone who needs this truck to make a living would do and still got it towed to a different shop so Monday comes around and we get the call that he’s going to be putting a lean on the truck if we don’t pay him and just absolutely so rude he will get your 500 and then tell you what’s not wrong with your truck and quote you insanely high it was a 100$ O ring that’s all that was wrong with the truck runs great now that it went to a real mechanic not scam artists 3 hours of work for 500$ you do the math they must be rocket scientist.

I relocated to the area in 2022 and soon after was in need of someone to look at my air conditioning. The first shop I tried was very disappointing as I felt they were not being straight with me and they wanted an exorbitant amount of money to 'fix' the AC after I had already paid a pretty hefty for a diagnostic that was inconclusive according to them and that there was no dye left. I met the owner of Hucks's at a Chamber event the day after this occurred. He called his shop on the spot and they got me in that day. They were able to literally SHOW me what had NOT been done at the other place that I had paid for, (the dye had NEVER been put in at the first shop) confirming my suspicions. They fixed it on the spot and gave me an extremely fair price. Needless to say, they won me over and have a client for life. I live pretty far away from the shop and have to pass many shops to get there for oil changes and the occasional strange noise. Totally worth it. The owners and mechanics are 5-star people in my book. They are very knowledgeable, and they educate their customers so that they understand what is really going on with their vehicles and have the information they need to make the best decisions. I HIGHLY recommend Huck's to locals as well as tourists.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I searched all over the area trying to find a shop to help turn my old Camaro around…nobody had the grit to touch it. Huck’s took on the project without blinking. Instead of telling me what CAN’T be done, like all the others, they told me what CAN be done…all I needed to hear.

Wanted to have a performance engine built or a crate engine swap. Wouldn’t give me the time of day. Niki in the office was extremely rude and would not return phone calls and repeated requests to speak with Huck who I had originally set up an agreement for the work to be done. She all but called me a cheap skate for asking logical questions regarding my many options for what I wanted to accomplish. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and spent 35k and got treated like a valued customer. I definitely will not be recommending this shop to any of my many hotrod friends in FL and Alabama!

Huck and his team had my car fixed and back on the road same day. The service was great and affordable and I even got a follow up phone call. Highly recommend.

Main office staff (Nicky) is friendly and does a great job at investigating part suppliers.. Really appreciated that! However the actual mechanics (Mario) we’re just on paar. I came in with a Stabiltrack light code reading for a steering sensor issue, however they where only interested in pointing out other normal maintenance issues, finally just saying my steering sensor issue was quote:“difficult.” But no offer to fix it.. Did feel I was hustled a bit, to jump on the other things they found, I’m guessing they assume women can’t replace spark plugs on their own ?. My advice, if you have a regular car maintenance issue needing fixed, their your guys, if you need anything out of the ordinary that might be “difficult”, maybe try somewhere else. FYI it’s $115 an hour for looking at your car and confirming a code reading.
