Worst Hampton ever !!! The new general manager is very unprofessional who sleeps with the houseman in the rooms who is in rehab and that has active warrants!!! And smokes vapes all in the rooms and in the elevator!!! Believe you would rather stay at the one in gulf shores plus they will not pay their workers!!!!

I was extremely impressed with the super friendly and inviting employees. Nice room, very clean. Tanya went out of her way to help in any way she could. The whole staff was Welcoming and made the stay delight. Thank you for making our time away from home so pleasant.

If you are elderly with handicaps, don't expect a good night's sleep at this Hampton Inn. Beds do not have pillow tops- causing pressure points on arthritic joints. Tossing and turning, joints aching, and writing this review at 2am sitting on one pillow in a chair with another along the back to cushion my head. This place reinforces my opinion of most hotels and their consideration for the handicapped or elderly.Rooms: Need

Lots of construction in the areaA soccer tournament was in town so it was very noisy and kids were not kept under controlRooms: The room was clean, but the bathroom room shower was in need of repair and not as clean as the rest of the room.

If you are coming to stay in Foley, this is the place. Clean, friendly, very well maintained. This is the only place I want my family to stay when they come to town, well here or Home2. Can’t go wrong with either.

The housekeeping team absolutely knows what they’re doing. The room was immaculate. The linens were fresh. I know where I’m going stay everytime I’m in town!!

The hotel was worth $150 at best and $130 on a bad day. The service lady at the desk was lovely, but due to the short staff and poor planning on management for peak season, the level of service was subpar. We wanted towels and had to bring our dirty towels to the laundry room. Upon checkout, we left a message for the manager to call us, and it has been a week, but still no call. The area on that side of the bridge, in general, wasn’t prepared for peak season. Unfortunately, we may have to find another family vacation spot, or staying on the other side of the bridge will be the standard moving forward.Nearby activities: Horrible, not prepared for peak season on that side of the bridge.Food & drinks: Horrible, not prepared for peak season on that side of the beach.

This location was accessible to OWA, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and has so many things to do, close by, that are family friendly.The service was kind and friendly.The room was cool after such a hot day. It was clean and anything we needed the head housekeeper was super friendly and really made us feel like we were not a problem.Great place to stay!

It was me and my hunny first baecation!This hotel is nestled right behind a Crackel Barrel, which was perfect. The breakfast there was pretty good as well.The room was clean and adequate.It was hard to get the front desk on the phone at times.So fast forward there was a piece of art in the front lobby that I absolutely adore. My hunny called a week later and asked them to send him a picture of the picture, and they did! I found the photo on Amazon!Customer service A1!If I'm in this area again, I definitely will consider them.In perfect drive range of beaches, shopping, and plenty of activities.Rooms: Adequate
