I have waited since October for warranty work to be done. Never received return phone calls. Numerous employees that were suppose to be handling this service left employment and ball was dropped. Then was told I would receive personal help from another service person and after promises and unanswered phone calls I have heard nothing until yesterday and another employee is handling. This service department is terrible I really don't want to even give it one star

Arrived 10 minutes early for a 9:00 AM appointment today for an issue Pat told me it would take 1 1/2-2 hours to repair. Called back and spoke with Ryan 2 1/2 hours later and they had not started on it. he told me it would be an all day job at that point and would not be ready for quite some time. 1) Why do they take appointments if they don't honor them? 2) Why does one person tell you it's a 1 1/2-2 hour job and another say it will take all day? This is our second (and last) encounter with Gulf Chrysler service department and both were disasters! Please do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealer/repair shop. We will not return
