I went to this Great Clips for the first time. I had VIN. He was great. Very attentive and did exactly what I asked.

I was taking my autistic grandson to get a haircut so I checked in online and received a confirmation text and we proceeded to head that way. We went in to a waiting room full. The monitor didn't show our name. The manager and others couldn't figure out why even though the website updated to tell us it was his turn. The manager told us she would put us in and there would be one person in front of us. Suddenly we appear at the bottom of the list. I waited while they called 3 more people and asked again. Even though I had checked in almost an hour before they "couldn't" put us in before everyone that was there. We left. I wasn't looking for preferential treatment, but I could show proof of when I checked in and the confirmation. They refused to help.

I have cut my own hair for years. I decided to visit great clips in foley alabama in December. The woman who cut my hair was very professional and helpful. Her name is Heather . I went back a week or so ago and lucked up and got her again. This time I paid for a haircut and beard trim. She is awesome. I now have a place to go bimonthly with no worries of being disappointed. Thank you Heather.

I always have good luck at Great Clips. We travel, so I go to many different Great Clips, and they can look to see my cut measurements.
