Had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. Got it off the car at 5:45 pm. Ran to Good Year. They close at 6pm. But Ray
found the issue, put the new tire on the wheel and even did another job after us. Appreciate Ray's help.

Took my car in for oil change and air conditioning to be fixed. I also told them I was going on a trip. It was then they did an inspection of my car. They discovered my tires needed to be replaced and told as well as shown the dry rot on the side of tires I would never have seen. I had called many places for an appointment and was told the earliest i could get in was 10 days out some even told me to wait till the end of the month. I called Goodyear and took my in the next day by appointment and was very prompt to service my car. Thank you Larry for all you have done for me.

I was traveling from Gadsden to Foley with my 5th wheel camper to watch my Granddaughter play in the 8U world series tournament when a tire on my camper blew out on I-65. After a harrowing roadside tire change, I contacted the Goodyear Service Center in Foley when I got my camper set up in the campground. The manager, Larry, and his crew worked with me as I changed out all 4 tires for the Goodyear Endurance tire that was made in the USA and was developed at the Gadsden Goodyear tire plant. I brought the tires in two at a time and left the camper set up for my family. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road on much better tires than the "China Bombs" that came on my 4 year old fifth wheel.

Great Service - Fair prices - fast turnaround. Larry was very helpful and cordial. I needed a Trailer tire - with a quick turnaround, and he made it happen. Thank you GoodYear - Great Job

Larry has been very helpful. I came in with one low tire and he had his team look for a nail in it and then get me fixed up and back on the road. He was friendly and knowledgeable! Got me in and out quick with my baby in the car as well. Pleasant experience. Will come back here for future car/tire related repairs. I'm assuming Larry is the store manager since he's been here the last few times I have been in and has things running smooth.

I will not be back. I made a 3 pm appointment for Friday to have my oil changed & at 4:15 I left. There was no communication that there was any wait time at all. I was the only person waiting at first. The guy who came in after me was taken care of first. I will drive to Daphne to the dealership from now on. I won't be back. I had the day off from work but my time is still valuable.

Took both our vehicles there after using a Goodyear service center in South Dakota the past 15 years. They were great with us, but then I recommended them to my son. Two days after an oil change and tire rotation his drivers front wheel came off while driving. Went to them and showed them the video, etc and gave them the opportunity to make it right. At first we got told how sorry they were and they would cover the damages and rental car 100%. An hour after having my son’s car there they call and say it has the wrong lug nuts, that this could have happened at any time; now, MAYBE corporate will come back and pay half the costs and us pay the other half. Our Goodyear place in SD is now pissed that this one is claiming they are idiots and wouldn’t have noticed the wrong size lug nuts the past four years of them servicing this particular vehicle. They had the car there for two weeks and nothing was done to it, they still claimed they were waiting for corporate. We go get the car and they want my son to sign a waiver saying the car is unsafe - so I go to Auto Zone and get 20 new lug nuts for his make, model and year car - guess what?? SAME SIZE AS WHAT WE TOOK OFF THE CAR! 12 X 1.5. They have NEVER called us to make this right, and obviously aren’t going to.BEWARE OF USING THEM! They could have killed my son!
