10/10. Huge selection, I'm a gotta touch it in person before buying kinda guy. And Mr. Craig let my wife and I sit/lay on every single mattress to find the right one, and made sure we were super comfortable with our decision.

I spoke with Tyler upon entering the store. Very professional and knowledgeable. There was a minor flaw in my most recent purchase which is rare coming from Sealy products. There was no issue in honoring the warranty. Great customer service and a "thumbs up" from our family. Thanks again!
