My wife and I were shopping here May 5, 2024 . We were waiting in line to pay for the things we wanted to buy. One white lady was running a register and she was tending to 3 people at once so our wait was a little long even though we were next in line. There was a black woman behind the counter as well and she just kept walking back and forth, picking things up and setting them back down but never offered to check us out. Once we got called up to the register by the white lady, the black woman immediately took the person who had been waiting behind us in line, who was black. Quite dissapointing but about what I have come to expect, unfortunately. I wonder how the Gap feels having people of this low caliber working for them, and who racially profile.

This store was so clean and easy to navigate. The sales associate was so kind and informative. And there were some AWESOME sales!! Never shopped at the Gap before… but I will definitely be visiting there quite often now.

I had a very pleasant first time visit to this location. Miss Mary was welcoming and very helpful navigating my returns to a regular Gap store. I also found some great post season sale items. Miss Mary showed me wonderful customer service, thank you!

Ms Mary was an excellent helper while I shopped hers She went over and beyond to be sure I had a great shopping experience. When I come back in town for vacation I am coming ship with you again.

Whatever you do, check your clothes over completely before washing them. Seam in pants was open, didn’t see it, washed them. Was told Gap won’t return anything washed. Never even got to wear them. I’ve been shopping at Athleta for years, they always stand behind their products, maybe it’s because this is a Gap Factory. Anyway, won’t shop here again.

The mall hours state that the mall is open until 9 but yet Gap and 75 percent of the stores close at 7 or 8 pm. We drove all the way out to a mall because it says the hours are until 9 PM but jokes on us. Don't go to this mall.

Great sales,great stores ,some of the store were relocating to another section of the outlet. A couple of stores like Soma for instance was closed. Ample parking Security presence was noted Police directing traffic.

We stopped in for some shopping and looking around on our way back to Mobile from the beaches. As others have said, the shape of the outlets make it pretty easy as they all ring around the parking areas with some in the middle. Found some good sales and had a good time walking around.

Standard outlet mall. The variety of stores was good. The parking was convenient. The location was easily accessible.

The Tanger Outlet in Foley is one of the better outlets I have been to. Not overcrowded. Easy parking and easy to get in and out of. There are a ton of shops and they are arranged in a great circle with a few shops in the middle. There is just about something for everyone. A couple of shops had odd hours on a Sunday and were not open by noon but that did not deter me from seeing what the other ones had to offer. Easy to get to and get around.
