Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! They didn't have oem part I needed and the belt was no longer manufactured. They helped get me back going with some measurements and a positive can do attitude. This is my new parts store and when I get tired of repairs I'll buy new from them! Thanks y'all

I would have given "0" stars but that is not an option..Appears these people really do not want ours nor your business. They were in such a hurry to go to lunch at 12:25 today. They shut and locked the door in a customer's face .. Customer walked up to the front door reached to open rhe door and a woman locked the door with customer standing there trying to enter. Said "we are going to lunch" I guess their lunch was more important than servicing a piece of equipment or the customer purchasing a new piece of equipment. We always here stay out of big box stores..buy local drom small businnes... why? When small business don't want our business..

If I could give a zero star I would do not take your sthil equipment to these people the mechanic can’t even fix a clutch issue more less adjust a carburetor correctly especially if it’s under warranty the front desk clerk is very rude and has know idea what is going on

These guys are super knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had to get some parts ordered and replaced on a couple pieces of small equipment. I took them to them and they made the whole process super simple, uncomplicated, and not to mention it was very affordable. Plus the girl that works at the front desk is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. It makes the experience Wirth it. I would recommend this place for sure.

Took push mower in that wouldn't crank. Less than 2 days later it was ready. Shocking only $56. Runs like new. Great service. Highly recommend.

I was searching for new MS400C saw that is very new to the market. I called 16 other local Stihl dealers and no one offered a solution or even knew the saw existed. The lady at G&J called her regional salesman and got me price while I was on the phone. Not only that, she had one delivered and in store in less than a week. Though it is a 2 hour drive for me, they just picked up a customer for life. Absolutely awesome service. They went out of their way to get me just what I was looking for.
