It was mine and my staffys first visit to this vet today. The way they treated us was phenomenal. They took her back to get her vaccinations and I don’t think they knew I could hear them but the way they reassured her and talked to her and took their time with her made my day. They were so kind. To me and my bully. They were so informative and responsive. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else!!! 5 stars or more if I could!

Called this morning and spoke with “Beth”. Explained I had a sick pet, described it’s symptoms, and would like to make an appointment. She proceeded to say there were no appointments today and advised me to contact someone else so my pet could be seen today. WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING! I told her she was probably not the best person to be answering their phone! What did she know about my pet that would warrant that kind of advice? She finally agreed to make an appointment for tomorrow but said it was only drop off. There were no appointments where I could actually bring in my pet and stay. At this point, I’m really frustrated dealing with a person who has such an abrasive personality and freely offering “her” professional opinion about the treatment of my pet. FORGET THAT!

Bittersweet, I had to put my Smokey down and they helped me do it. He needed it because he was so old but still don't make it easier, but they did their job and they did great at it. Claim facility nice staff nothing on them to complain about.

Dr and the Lady are very good with both of us my fur babies even though both of my babies have a lot of anxiety they seem to to be able to get them comfortable around the vet and staff so I give them 1000 out of 1000 every time.. I'll be taking my fur babies to them for along time and will have them taking of my ? ?

Great local Vet. Staff and DR go above and beyond and with a smile. You can tell they love their job. Prices are very reasonable too. The DR even took off the muzzle I had put on my little snappy dog and was able to calm him and perform exam without causing my boy to get snappy! Bandit says 5 stars too!

Dr. Ace ans Ms. Beth are both amazing.My kitten was attacked by a dog. They had recently given him his first shots. When I brought him in frantic they took him straight back amd called me not even an hour later.Before and after surgery.They are very kind and attentive.Also, made me feel much better.
