Two weeks before my June 12th wedding I officially came to terms that my previous florist was ghosting me and that I was never going to hear from them again, so, I began the emotional process of finding a new florist last minute. She not only took my order but understood the situation and corrected another florist's mistake/neglect. She exceeded all of my expectations! The week of my wedding she checked in/visited my ceremony AND reception venue to be well acquainted with what needed to happen wedding day. I myself have zero knowledge when it comes to flowers and she explained everything to me in detail based on the photos I liked with what would fit in my budget. I knew exactly what I was getting. She honestly saved the day. I am so thankful she took my call (many tears were shed) and she made a stressful situation a dream come true. I highly recommend McKenzie Street for any of your flower needs.”
