May I just say, this 1st time experience, speaking with her, her knowledge, her patience AND her eagerness to HELP a new patient get and find exactly what they need from everyone involved was the absolute most excellent customer service I have experience in a very, very long time!!!I would like to thank Patricia wholeheartedly and hope that I get to meet her when I do finally have my appointment she is a blessing and an asset to this establishment!!!Looking forward to the appt!!”

“I see a lot of people complaining that they can’t get meds or want more than a month of refills, etc. storms are no excuse to not get blood work done. Sounds like a lot of people on here are making excuses and being Karen’s. Been going here for 2 years and I’ve never had to be there for longer than 30 minutes and they always give me the medication I need. Not the medication I want. This place has been a god send for me. Don’t listen to all of these 1 star Karen’s on here.”

“My son had an allergic reaction to a cashew. I walked in and urgently asked if my son could be seen. The front office sensed my urgency and one person went to notify the doctor immediately as the other person took my information. We were immediately sent back and the doctor and nurse on duty were already waiting for us. They were both attentive and friendly to me and my son. Thankfully the allergic reaction did not affect my son’s breathing, but the doctor and nurse stayed to monitor him until they felt that his symptoms were not going to worsen. We felt very well taken care of and would recommend this place.”
