Going to this place couldn't have been more of a waste of time and money. I needed my dog's tooth removed, so I called and set up an appointment to get it done. I had to drive an hour to get there. I dropped her off and when I picked her up, her tooth had not been removed. Then I was sold medication that I already told them had been ineffective. A month later her face swelled severely again, so I called to see what they could do about it. After 2 more weeks of being jerked around and promised call backs that never came, I was finally told that he didn't have the equipment to remove it. I was then referred to another vet who wanted to charge me again to just look at her. This is completely unacceptable. I could have been told when I got there they could not do it and I would have taken her somewhere else. My dog has been in pain and swollen and is getting old, and doesn't need to put under anesthesia repeatedly. Now the dog's tooth is still abscess and I am back at square one minus the money this place stole from me and the day I wasted driving her over there. Meanwhile, my dog continues to suffer.

Have brought my cats here for a year now. Everything he tells me, and any approach he tells me to take with my animals, has always worked. All medacines he gave me or told me to get have worked wonders. Highly reccomended, i wont ever go anywhere else. Such a great guy and great staff.

Dr Walker and his staff provided a very good service. Bit of a wait to see him but he was very informative, struck me as genuine and honesty [very much appreciated!] and he didn't hesitate to give you his time - which probably explains the aforementioned wait.

This is how we got my poor 9year old back after dropping off to board have a bath, be groomed and get annual ck up.. NO TAGS AND THIS IS HOW HE WAS .. he’s still freaked out because his anxiety is SOO BAD… 5 days outside and he’s never spent 1 day outside and he’s 109 lbs.. You didn’t charge but you think that makes up for how my furbaby was treated?

Dr Walker was very informative and easy to talk to. He was gentle and calm with Jango, my dog. Everyone in the office were helpful friendly.

We were traveling through Alabama and needed a 12 week check for our puppy. Dr Walker was amazing! Even knowing that we would not be on going customers, he was so nice and generous with his time and information. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone.

I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else. Every visit I’ve had here Dr. Walker and staff have always ensured our animals are well taken care of. He goes above and beyond patiently answering all questions and concerns thoroughly. Top notch bedside manner and hands down best vet I’ve ever been to. I’m forever grateful for Walker Animal Care and everything they do.
