My family and I arrived for 4 new lines and oh surprise!!! What a disappointment to see Miss Ashley serving two people yelling and cursing at them. She is an uneducated woman, who disrespects us and also sends us home without the service that we had already paid for online. She also wanted to charge us again. She is an untrained girl. I will not come back. and I know that people who speak Spanish also treat them badly.

I've had them for almost 4 years and sometimes it's ok and sometimes it's not . Depends where you are if you get service or not . Thinking about changing myself . Good luck ?

Awful customer service. Sales person so rude and couldn't admit she made a mistake. Absolutely refused to make any attempt to fix it or helps us fix it. I understand they may get commissions but no sense in trying to screw over longtime customers. Also no need to talk to people like they are stupid when they try to get you to do what they wanted in the first place. I mean really do not talk to someone like they are the stupid one when you made the mistake. I have dealt with several cricket dealers across Alabama that were great. This one is in need of some serious customer service improvement. Really considering moving the four lines I have through Cricket because of this.

I went in knowing exactly what phone I wanted and plan was suppose to be an in and out thing but wasn't. The phone I'd been wanting for awhile and it was suppose to be free but they was going to charge me for it. For something I had thought was going to be less than $100 ended up being closer to $200. The only time the price changed when I was looking it up online was when I hit the button for a new number
