This is such a lovely cosmetic store, I come here every year when I'm in town, I get the best deals on all my make up it's such a treat to get all these deals. Manuela helped me with everything, she went above and beyond to help me find everything I was looking for and then some , what a beautiful kind consultant we need more people in the world like her.

Awful customer service, they gave us expired products and I want the Estée Lauder cleanser but they gave me a Estée Lauder lotion ?. I would not recommend this place it has very awful service.

Best store ever! They always go above and beyond to help me get what I need. Sonya has helped me so much over the years. I order over the phone, sometimes $500 worth of products and not one has ever been damaged. I always get exactly what I order. I love this store and the people in it! ♥️♥️♥️

Saved my cash up to purchase my makeup from here while I am on vacation and the deals were great as always. Manuela Helped me with my skin tone for foundation and was very knowledgeable.

Awful customer service from Sonya the manager. Worst cosmetic company store period. Do not order from here for shipping. The box was not packed fully so the Tom Ford fragrances were rattling around within the shipping box. One cracked and chipped at the collar leaking considerably and they told me to contact UPS... how would that work when YOU paid for shipping and any insurance. I should be issued store credit and the store would deal with UPS on the back end. This particular fragrance was open box without cellophane and the packer thought it was a good idea to depend on tape at the collar of the fragrance. Tape loses all adhesive if in contact with alcohol based fragrance - you have to share the competency of a mashed potato to not know that working at a cosmetic store.

My wife came in to get a certain shade of makeup. The employee there was super helpful and informative. Unfortunately they didn't have her shade. Maybe next time. Thanks for the help.
