I’m not usually one to leave a review but our recent experience with Chic Teak was so outstanding that I needed to acknowledge. From the day we made the purchase online, a rep reached out to thank us for the purchase and let us know what to expect in terms of delivery. We received our live edge chairs and stools yesterday and could not be happier with the quality of the furniture! They are unique and beautiful, and exceeded our expectations. We also want to note the exceptional way the products were packaged and shipped- it was obvious the care that went into ensuring that the chairs would arrive in pristine condition.We would happily recommend this business to anyone, and will be a repeat customer for sure!

I've purchased a few pieces from Chic Teak over the course of the past few years - primarily from their Marina collection. The furniture pieces are built well - likely to last decades to come and look even better in person. Chic teak is a small company - the attention you get is great and personable. I had a small issue with 1 of the 7 orders I've placed. It was easy to get in touch via email or phone and they quickly resolved the problem. Hard to find companies with a great product, great service, and honestly value. For how well the pieces are made and what they are made of - their pricing is well below what you'd find in a higher end furniture store.

Purchased a Chic Teak Seven Seas Shower Bench. The piece of furniture is beautiful. Craftmanship is top of the line. Called their customer service for some minor assistance. These guys were excellent. They were kind, polite, professional and went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase any of their products.

Chic Teak is everything an online company should be in 2024. They have a nice website which can be used with no assistance, but when needed they are completely accessible to help with questions and requests. Well done! It’s rare these days to find people who care about the customer’s experience.

Chic Teak is a great company to deal with. The teak and cane cabinet is absolutely beautiful and will work perfectly as a linen cabinet in my newly remodeled main bathroom. We had been searching quite a while for the perfect dining table. I happened upon Chic Teak and fell in love with the beautiful natural wood table bases. Clint and his team at Chic Teak were very helpful when I was making my selection. They sent me photos of the pieces in stock so I could choose the exact one I wanted. Communication was excellent as was the delivery. The table base was very well wrapped and protected. [We bought the top from another company as we wanted a different shape. This was no reflection on Chic Teak, just a matter of personal taste.]

I ordered a table from here in July and absolutely love it. It’s beautiful, quality work. The owner was also fantastic to deal with - when I placed my order, he called to tell me that since each root table is unique, I could choose from three different bases that all had their own character.After about a month, I had some slight clouding in a small patch of the wood so I called them. They explained that it was completely normal and sent me a polish to use periodically to prevent that - free of charge. It worked perfectly. It’s continued to be one of my favorite pieces of furniture.
