Bank no longer open on Saturday. I wait forever on hold when calling the bank as it doesn't go to my local branch but a call center. ACA transfers always take forever with these guys. Money was sent on Thursday I have the confirmation number here it is Saturday and it still hasn't shown in my account. Customer service rep was useless and somewhat rude. Also if their system is down they won't tell you when making a cash deposit. So you end up waiting a day or more for the cash you gave them to show up in your account. EDIT: I'm keeping the review up but was contacted by someone at the bank regarding the review. We spoke at length about the issues I mentioned and how to go about resolving them. Due to the interaction I will be changing my review script to 3 out of 5. I was freaked out they saw my review and then looked me up through their system to find me and speak to me about the issues.

If you dont have an account they will call the owner of the account and not cash it until they call back. Absolute nuisance for all involved. That's just as bad as Regions charging a non account holder a fee to cash checks written by their members.Who is just sitting aroung waiting to take calls from their banks? Im embarrassed to bother my clients with this ridiculous policy. If I could choose zero stars I would.

If you do any mobile banking, go elsewhere. They continually "update" their system which then blocks your access to the app. The only way to regain access is to go through customer service. The number listed on their app and website can't be reached, so you have to Google your local location which then goes to the customer service department. Stay on hold there for 10 minutes, a recording tells you your call is important and your estimated wait time is 8 minutes 59 seconds. Ten minutes later, the same message about your call being important comes on, but now your wait time is 8 minutes 55 seconds. Seriously, go to Alabama Credit Union. At least their stuff works and they know how to answer a phone.

I use more than one branch but am often in Foley and bank here. I really like the staff, especially Paige. Everyone is eager to help and takes time to address any questions.
