Deserves ZERO stars. Drove over during business hours to buy my granddaughter who was visiting from out of state a new phone, and it was closed. It's very disappointing, to say the least. I see where the reviews mention this issue, and I can't believe corporate hasn't corrected this situation. This Boost location sucks.

Every time I come in this store for help they always say they can’t help me….the system is always down like an ice cream machine at McDonalds. If it were only the one time I wouldn’t say anything but it’s multiple…why bother having a store if customer’s can’t actually get help in store ??♀️?

Came to pay my phone bill and this store is always closed or with a sing back in soon but today it's 3:30 and it's closed no sing or nothing they close at 5 so hire someone new or something because its always the same thing with this store. Also the lady that works here never comes and when she thus she always got some attitude if you ask here to repeat something she like ??.

Road nine and a half miles to pay a bill and upgrade phone and it's 4:00 and they're supposed to close at 5:00 and nobody's inside so I guess it's back on my bike to ride 9 1/2 Mi back home completely useless I called earlier today and nobody would even answer the phone

i went to the Boost Mobile store in Foley because i already have a Boost account but my phone was dying, i needed a new one. Brittany was amazing in helping me to set up my new phone, answered all my questions patiently and was completely charming. give that woman a raise!
