Terrible customer service in the commercial account area, little chubby girl thats works commercial is rude as hell and 9/10 times just ignores you for about 15 minutes or more, wont answer questions or anything, acts like you're ruining her day for making her do her job. I used to always use autozone for my business. Now I go to oreillys. She needs fired. Tried to give them another chance today, she was at the desk along with another guy, told them what i needed, both completely ignored me like i wasnt even there, no hello, how are you doing. It'll be a minute, nothing. I just walked out and went to Oreillys and got excellent customer service. Avoid the commercial counter at autozone at all costs! Wont be back until I know she is gone

Bought a radiator cap for my son's car. Prompt professional polite service. Got military discount as well!!! I do all of my automotive business with Auto Zone!!!

Went in for a battery they didn't have the one I wanted in stock so Denver gave me an upgrade without an extra charge and installed the battery and also noticed that my back windshield wiper was damaged and went in and got one of those and installed it for me. Great bunch of guys had a wonderful experience there. Thank you so much!

I went in to get a battery and they did not give me bolts and blocks to catch bolts so I go in second time they give me blocks to small for bolts it took be a third time to go and make sure they gave me a right sized bolt and block

73 yr old widow here and what a blessing to roll in to AutoZone Foley and have a wonderful lady named Rhonda replace my battery and get me going again! Thanks Rhonda, you are the best!

Older staff are great people and always rapid to assist us, however a younger staff member, Hunter, is awfully lazy and often too wrapped up in his own goofy demeanor or with friends to take us seriously.
Glad to see my older generation working so hard while a couple of the young members are so ill mannered and unmotivated. Five stars is for the older staff and a couple of the young ones who are so well mannered. But not Hunter!

Older guy at the front gave me a used part was rude that I didn't want a valve with long black hair inside the package and oil inside the package and then got passive aggressive every time he talked to me he was rude rude rude and needs tons of training and obviously had a issue with females or something. I'll never shop here or AutoZone again, better training!!
