“I cannot recommend Cherokee Farms RV Center enough! Their family-owned business truly exemplifies what customer service should be. I recently had several issues with my 2009 Fleetwood Discovery 39R, including problems with my power gear jacks, refrigerator, and hot water heater.
What impressed me most was when Bobby discovered that the previous service center had incorrectly wired my dishwasher, potentially leading to a serious disaster. He took the time to fix it while installing my new residential refrigerator and ensured the inverter would keep it cold during travel. They also upgraded my confection microwave oven and installed a new Splendid washer-dryer combo.
As a full-time RVer and a single woman, it means the world to me to have someone advocate for me with the warranty company to resolve these issues. I am so grateful for their expertise and the exceptional customer service they provide.

I spoke to Jerrell and to his manager,I believe his name was Josh. We were able to discuss the different options as to how to remove the water pump and my preference if possible.
Jerrell and I spoke in length about my request as to removal and then discussed racing,,yes he took the time to just talk things we both use to do.
This is something you wont find at many places...
They gave me a great price and even ordered the FMC pump for my truck. This is a great shop,great price at least for what I had done they took care of my truck and looked the same as when dropped off and when I picked up.

Great down to earth mechanic who is still doing this for the passion of it. At 75 an hour, he is the lowest cost by far of anything you will find. Most dealerships cost anywhere from 120 to 180 an hour to work on a part that can cost under 50. Think head gaskets, cheap part expensive job due to labor hours.
He is licensed, insured, and probably way long in AL than you. Many local companies, such as dealerships, trust him with their vehicles, and a lot of those cars you see on display on orange beach are his creations.”

“From out of town (Columbus, Ohio - but Roll Tide!) - visiting family for Christmas - we heard a weird whining noise coming from our new Tahoe engine after arrival. Called to get an appoint but was told they were booked until Jan 2. Drove up to see if a technician would 'just listen' to the noise to confirm or deny a problem and put our mind at ease? By chance was introduced to Darrin (General Mgr) who brought out Ryan (Shop Foreman) who immediately named the issue within one second! Then Ryan spent 30+ mins calling around for OEM or after market part - which he found in Pensacola!! Went from no chance at appointment before we made the return trip, to 'wing & a prayer' drive by, to RED CARPET service from the most service oriented professionals/ gentleman in the industry! We can't thank Darrin, Ryan, & Will Vasquez (Scheduler) for their grace, service, and professionalism! We are so appreciative! Jackson Family Christmas 2023”
“I have to admit, I was unsure what my service experience was going to be at this dealer after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Towing a fifth wheel RV fulltime means finding a trusted mechanic can be tough. I was having problems with the abs system on the truck, lights on the dash and such. Had limited time to get it repaired. Dropped truck off December 23rd for repairs hoping to have it back the same day. Spoke to service tech morning of the 24th and she said they hope to have it done by noon as they close at 12pm for Christmas Eve. Contacted them around 11:30am and the truck was still not ready BUT, the service tech and mechanic were gonna stay after closing to finish the truck! They sent an Uber to pick us up at 1pm and we had our truck back by 1:30. My hat goes off to them for going the extra mile for making good on their promise to have our truck back before Christmas. It's nice to see a dealership really try do do right by it's customers!”
