“I would like to give a shout out to Advance Auto in Foley, AL. Jason, Andrew and John went out of their way to help us yesterday. From letting us put our perishable groceries in their refrigerator, taking my husband to a competitor for a part they didn't have in stock, to checking how our progress was going. It was 95 degrees and they offered for us to stay in the store where it was cool until our help arrived. Our serpentine belt broke right before their parking lot, luckily we made it in there after hitting 3 grocery stores. These 3 gentlemen went above and beyond to help 2 people they didn't know and who already had a bad day. I went onto the corporate page but couldn't find anywhere to leave it. It's little acts of kindness that can make a person's day and restore faith in humanity. We live in Robertsdale but will go there for future auto needs. Thanks again guys!”

“On Christmas Eve I woke up to a flat. A nail in my Jeep tire. These guys were already booked up and busy, & they happen to be one of a few that have the right equipment for my fuel rims. Christmas Eve, trying to figure out how I was going to get my last minute shopping done. I also had to be in Atmore & Pensacola. First come, first serve, just doing things the right way. Which I completely made sense of.
As I was walking out, trying to figure out what I was going to do next, the gentleman at the desk stopped me & told me to pull around so they could take a quick look. No kidding, they had it fixed in about 5–10 minutes. Without even touching my rim.
They wished me a Merry Christmas, & when I tried to pay or even tip them, they refused. Just good, honest people. That kind of kindness still matters. They don’t understand how they saved my day.”
“I have to admit, I was unsure what my service experience was going to be at this dealer after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Towing a fifth wheel RV fulltime means finding a trusted mechanic can be tough. I was having problems with the abs system on the truck, lights on the dash and such. Had limited time to get it repaired. Dropped truck off December 23rd for repairs hoping to have it back the same day. Spoke to service tech morning of the 24th and she said they hope to have it done by noon as they close at 12pm for Christmas Eve. Contacted them around 11:30am and the truck was still not ready BUT, the service tech and mechanic were gonna stay after closing to finish the truck! They sent an Uber to pick us up at 1pm and we had our truck back by 1:30. My hat goes off to them for going the extra mile for making good on their promise to have our truck back before Christmas. It's nice to see a dealership really try do do right by it's customers!”

“Brought my beloved Ford pickup to Scott after an accident and he did a fantastic job. Paint match is perfect, I cannot tell where he blended the new paint into the old - excellent job! Done on time, priced right, looks great. I found Scott very easy to work with, asked him about two minor touchups not connected with the accident, and he did both very well at a discounted price. I'm happy! Five stars may not be enough. Best body shop experience of my life by far.”
“My AGM battery that I bought two years ago failed on me, NAPA didn't have the same one in stock but could get it but I opted to go with a regular lead acid battery that fit my truck, I didn't have my receipt but they took my word on when I bought it and gave me credit on it. They also installed the new one while I waited and took just a few minutes to do it. Thanks NAPA.”

“I had my windshield replaced. I chose them off the list my insurance co. had, there was really no rhyme or reason. After going thru the ins. co., I called to make my appt. and with Thankgiving the coming week I opted to drop it off after the holiday, so it would be 10 days before I had to bring it in. Their policy is to drop it off 1st thing in the morning and they would keep it all day, giving them time to do it at their convenience. I got a call about 10am (dropped off at 8) and they ordered the wrong windshield, mine had more integrated in it, so they were ordering the right one and it could be there in time to do it that day, which it was. Then I got a call about 2:30, and they got the windshield but there was a chip on it they thought from where it was put when delivered. Hence having to order another one. So after all the rigamarow, they got it done early the next morning and brought to me by 9am the following day and to my surprise, the inside was cleaned and detailed! It didn't smell that good when I bought it. ?”
