Would give 0 stars if I could! Canceled my policy after they could never get my account to set up for auto pay. Went in the cancel our life insurance policy after I finished everything with StateFarm and they didn’t let me know that I could only request a life insurance for my husband and couldn’t sign to cancel so I got charged for another two months and when I went in to get money back and cancel FOR A SECOND TIME! They basically told me thatI couldn’t sign for legal reasons and that I wouldn’t get my money back. My husband works out of town as an electrician and does shut downs he can’t just come in or get on his phone during the day. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! Don’t even use Alfa! Go to State Farm in roberstale for good service!

I like this place, God bless the poor insurance agent(Cheryl?). She was so patient: due to MVR inaccuracy issues my visit took an hour.AYUDA wrote 1 stars, must've gotten a high insurance quote, what a class act!(YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, IT'S TIME SOMEONE HUMBLED YOU.)

I just wanted to write a note to summarize our experience with ALFA and Gayle Rogers Taylor throughout the Hurricane Sally process. We experienced 3 different type claims through the process. Our flood claim was handled by FEMA and had no contact with ALFA. Our wind claim was through AIUA and though not directly administered by ALFA they were the coordinators of the policy. Our homeowners/auto claim was administered directly through ALFA.Unlike some claims and issues we had before we went with ALFA back in the Hurricane Ivan days, ALFA was awesome! During our wind claim, Gayle facilitated our ability to get information, files and pictures to AIUA when we were having problems getting in touch with them with a jump drive full of data, receipt and photos that could not be e-mailed. Toward the end of the claim we could not get in touch with the adjustor and AIUA had call block on all their calls directly to me where I had no number to follow-up with them. That is something that AIUA needs to address and I mentioned that to Gayle. The good part is that Gayle told me where to go to get that jump drive to them and even offered to do a follow-up if that did not work. That is what I want in an agent and I applaud her help there. As a result of my meticulous detail and pictures and her help getting me connected, the process and completion of my wind claim was amazing; nothing like our Ivan claims.When we filed our auto claim due to a flooded Ford Explorer, that whole process was great! The claims office, claim adjustor and follow up by Tommy Bowden’s awesome was remarkable. Once Moyer Ford confirmed the extensive electronic issues, ALFA reacted, closed and had a check very quickly. This was very important due to vehicle shortages. I was lucky that a car meeting my needs was available at Moyer in days. Thus, thanks to ALFA, I was able to make a deal within a week! Gayle followed up with a call and the process was painless.We have boat, house, man-cave, miscellaneous article and auto policies through ALFA. I would gladly testify to the on the ball job and recommend ALFA to anyone.In addition, Gayle recently called to review our coverage on all items. She didn’t have to, but I am glad she did. We upgraded several of our policies and we feel better covered today.

If you need a professional caring and compassionate insurance company that treats you like family and not a number or a commission Alfa is the One. I have been with Alfa over 40 years for my auto and home and just a few years ago I finally got smart and purchased life insurance from Alfa. I can sleep well at night knowing I am covered with their blanket of care and they will take care of me in any case of a need. All the ladies in the Foley office are nice and willing to help when I call or go by. Thanks

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE in Foley! They WILL be nice to convince you to insure with them to call you a month later very angry threatining you to cancel your policy, FOR NO REASON!Super rude Agents.Use another location or another insurance company.
