The tall blonde older woman was extremely rude and would not process a refund for a pair of shoes for my husband since they had been worn, which he did wear them around and they hurt his feet. I cleaned the bottom of the shoes thinking it was because they did have dirt on the bottom and tried to return them myself since there was nothing else wrong with them and got the same answer. I looked up the return policy and Adidas states that for running shoes they can be returned in any condition. We would have exchanged for store credit or a different size. I'm just more aggravated with the fact that she was extremely rude and unprofessional to both me and my husband.

This is this Adidas store look like it was almost on his way out in the door. They didn't have much of anything and the aisles were very short. A lot different than the one that I've used to. There was a lady there that was super nice and then there was a guy there that would follow me around. At least that's what it felt like. It didn't seem very welcoming. He was right by me and every time I went to another area then he was there again. But he never wants to ask me if I needed anything. It was kind of interesting. So I tested it out and went to a different area and sure enough you would be over in that area as well. So I just left. I didn't feel comfortable with somebody being that way. The lady was super nice though I want to express that.
