I have made 2 purchases from the Florence Zales. Very happy with both special items. Store staff was very helpful.I also ordered a ring which wasn't as pretty as the online picture. The manager accepted my refusal completely and politely. I won't hesitate to order again.

I had the best experience with Kristen at Zales! She took her time sharing her expertise on the many wedding rings available and explained the difference between diamond, stones, lab generated, ect. I got to try on so many different styles without any rush through the process. Kristen definitely did her best in helping me find the special one!
