Always randomly performs maintenance on internet service in my area starting in the morning and continues for half the day or more. Makes it hard to justify the rate they charge me.

Comcast is terrible. It’s a monopoly (obviously) and they over charge you for everything. They say you can use your own modem and skip the $15 a month rental fee but that’s a lie. The service is never as fast as it says it will be, and they lie about overage forgiveness.

Services have been working great, up until a week ago, the internet line came down in my yard. Been trying to get it reconnected, still has not gotten fixed I get the run around on it, also cord is still laying across my yard wiring showing.

Helpful and friendly crew. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this location if I needed to handle something in person. Colby helped me out today, and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a brick and mortar Xfinity/Comcast store.

Disconnected our services after 5 months I had the highest plan but only got 10 mb out of their fastest wifi plan available. Canceled my plan and was told I would only pay for the week I used the servicesTurns out they still say I am overdue 85 dollars for a week I already paid for. I was called 4 times about the router I still had at home, as I told them I have 3 jobs and I am very busy I can try and drop it off on my off day, the man on the phone didn't listen and said he will give me 3 days. Then a service member came to my house.

Worst customer service, worst internet. We have one of their highest internet speed plans and it still randomly cuts out every other day. Then they try to gaslight you into spending even more money even though you’re already spending way too much every month. I hate Xfinity but it’s the only high speed provider available.

Called to find out if internet service was available at my house. They said it stopped 1000 ft from the house but I could pay the fee to run line to the house for $12,000. They have lost their minds to think anyone would pay that then a monthly fee for internet service.

When we entered the building, we were told to have a seat in the back, and someone would be with us.There were several people already waiting.We really just needed to ask a quick question about our TV remotes that keep messing up. Luckily, Alithia came to our rescue. She answered our questions and we were out of the store in a matter of minutes.Shout out to Alithia for the great customer service!

Xfinity is the worst. You cannot talk to a live person and they overcharge you every month. I do not recommend xfinity internet or any of their services

I signed up for Xfinity. Easter weekend a repair man came to hook up my service because we could not get the internet or tv to work. It ended up the wire in the attic had been cut by another company, so Xfinity had to replace the line. However, the repairman put his foot thru my ceiling in the garage [which is attached to my house]. The guy said sorry his coworker did it & his manager said they would fix it!!!! I did get a damage claim ticket number. That's it nothing has been done!!

I called about some wires down in my backyard from storm damage. Been 21 business days since i made report (both online and over the phone). I call and after waiting over 20 mins on hold, i'm told tomorrow a tech will be out 8am-8pm. They dont show. I call, same thing. No one has showed up in almost a month to fix wire; thats hanging over my yard and my neighbor's yard (i'll add they have kids). They dont have any issue taking money out of my account for service but they cant find a tech to come out and fix problem. BUT there is a maintenance tech up road that always manages to screw up my connecetion once a week for "general maintenance".

Company is absolutely garbage I really have no idea how they're still in business. Every month just randomly losing internet for hours and not just 2 or 3 hours but like 8 to 10 hours. Right now I'm going on 2 days with no internet. Use any one else for an internet provider.....this company needs to be put out of business.

The language barrier is horrible. The representatives flat out lie. I was without internet service for 2 days initially. I was told a technician would be at my home on February 26th. They were a no show. I called customer service again and for 30 minutes she wanted to continue with the script and go through everything I had already gone through with the 2 previous reps. After she couldn't help I asked to speak with a supervisor. Leslie never put a supervisor on the phone. She repeatedly assured me that a technician would be at my home on February 27th. When I get the email confirmation, lo and behold it said March 2nd. So once again they lied. I called again for the 4th time and they wanted to go over the same checks and balances with the modem. They apologized for the "misinformation" but the earliest they could get someone to my home would be March 2nd. Don't waste your time with this company. The call center is overseas, they can't understand and I can't comprehend them either.

Easily the worst phone service in the area. The worker promised us we'd have the same coverage as we did with AT&T even out of the country. They flat out LIED, I no longer get 5g and we get zero service outside the country while doing mission work. I got Galaxy 22 Ultra and can't even watch YouTube in my own driveway because it doesn't get service it buffers for 15 mins. I have to literally be under WiFi 24/7 or the phone is an expensive paper weight. You've been warned and I really want to lawyer up this was false advertisement to get me into a contract.
