Quick and easy! I dropped my car off to get a flat patched. Within the hour, the people at Wilks called to let me know there was a screw in my tire, AND that my tire sensor was broken. Very helpful and communicative.

My husband had a bad experience here today. Got new tires totaling $460. He was charged twice. Customer service was not good issuing refund. Beware!!!!!!!! Never will return to any of these locations.
