My job is in the customer service industry and I have to stay later than i should for customers. As was the case tonight. I showed up right at 7 due to work. Someone else was in line paying for there prescriptions and then I was turned away to get my prescription. I was told they were closed. This was not good customer service. I am sure other pharmacies would have stayed a couple extra minutes to make sure I could get my prescriptions.

We love our local Walmart pharmacy. Wether we are calling or picking up we are always treated so nicely.

Wouldn't fill my medicine even though my very reputable Dr. had prescribed it. Very confusing to me because I've never had trouble anywhere else. They shouldn't be able to say yes or no as to what gets filled. They made a decision outright. Won't get meds filled there ever again. Plus, they take forever to fill just 1 script.

This Petersville Walmart and the Departments such as the Pharmacy, Return CSR managers and Electronics are antagonistic and Mr. Sampson the New Manager will smack you with a Policy Quote so fast its enough to make you cry, never want to shop there again and tell everyone not to try to return anything,nor expect Money Services to find positive solutions. And who wants to be treated as a criminal gor trying to return an item over 60 days later and the packaging is different so i simply let them keep the ID Tracker tags about 20$ for 2 and i had 2 packs. Thanks for nothing and feeling like i did something wrong. Yes i had the receipt. Yes the original package was intact. Yes I had to repeat myself 5 times and having long term leukemia-i was tired with no where to sit. I wont go back in that Walmart. Publix does a easygoing and kind job of Western Union-no hassle-and returns are so kind and easy going. I tell everyone how bad the looks, treatment and harassment at Walmart has become. Especially the one in Petersville anf the young, rude, General Manager, named C. SAMPSON who doesnt have any fairness nor any real decency in True Customer Service. To Social Media i go. Over and over and i dont mind driving the few extra miles to the Florence location or even Muscle Shoals-just to avoid being upset or treated like scum.
