The store and it's management team shamelessly fired one of their (if not their only) Trans team members. He had a flawless peer review, and was well loved and praised for the work he did there. He came to me after a surgery related to his transition, and told me about several instances of transphobia going on in the workplace (sideways comments, purposeful misgendering, and denial of a raise or transfer to a different department). You then accuse him of shoplifting, but could not provide the proof, or tell him the items that were stolen. This store is sick and pathetic. The management team here is equally sick and pathetic. I will never step foot in this store again, and I strongly urge other supporters and members of the LGBTG+ community to do the same!

I was shopping in the food section and the employee named Mira was loo through the grapes and eating them. When I asked her what she was doing she said she was testing them to see if they were good and I informed her that the grapes were sold by weight and what she was doing was stealing. Then a couple of minutes later I seen her put down the bag of grapes in the orange area. She had no plans on buying the grapes. I went to the store manager and explained what I witnessed because I believe that it was an offense to be fired for. Well to no surprise I was back at Walmart the next week and Mira was still working there. Does anyone have to be accountable for their actions anymore?

I am an 82-year-old handicapped woman who needs to use an electric scooter when I shop at Walmart. I usually shop at the Cloverdale store, but sometimes shop at the Hough Rd. store if I have to go to my nearby bank. On two different occasions when shopping at the Hough Rd. store, I am stopped at the exit by a Walmart worker telling me I can't ride the scooter out to my car. The first time, the worker took my groceries out of the scooter and put them in a regular basket and told me I had to walk to my car pushing the basket. I have a very hard time walking, the reason for my need of a scooter, and could have fallen walking to my car. Today, the same thing happened -- I was stopped and told I couldn't ride the scooter to my car. I ignored the worker and my nephew who was with me told her he would bring the scooter back, which he did. I never have this problem when I shop at the Cloverdale Walmart. An employee will walk out with me to my car and bring the scooter back. I find the Hough Rd. store is wrong for preventing handicapped people from riding the scooter to their car. Why can't the Walmart worker walk out with me and bring the scooter back, they aren't that busy, just standing around talking.

Deli is unbelievably incompetent. Food is wonderful, price is wonderful, service is the worst. Called a day ahead to order chicken tenders, called morning of to check and re-confirm, get there and order is ready (I could SEE it in the warmer). No one would wait on us. They were walking around just behind the counter, ignoring their only customers. Pointed out our order and the woman kept trying to give me another order (I could see it had other items in it and knew it wasn't ours). When we finally got her to pick up my order and hand it to me, the plastic tray collapsed because it had been kept under the heat lamp . It took another 15 minutes for her to find another tray and change it over. Then... another 10 minutes for her to get the price label made out and attached. Needless to say, we were late to the event for which we had ordered the food.

I went to this Walmart for a simple antibiotic RX. I dropped the RX off at 12:30. She told me it would be after 2pm before it would be ready. "Ok, fine, I have shopping to do." I left her my cell phone number and asked her to call me when it was ready. I finished my shopping around 2pm. I went to my car u loaded the groceries. Call the pharmacy. She had me on his led for 6 minutes , after which she hung up on me. I called back " is my RX ready? I was on hold 5 minutes. Then I walked back into the store. Still she never picked up. I was waiting in line 5 more minutes. Finally I got up to the front and was told they r out of the antibiotics. I asked why didn't you call me? You had my cell number? She replied " you told me to call you when it was ready.!! What?? WTF!!?? So two hours later. No RX??!! I went to CVS , ready in 12 minutes!!!

I hate going in Walmart as it is, especially since moving down here. One time some boys group was in front taking donation for some boy something - maybe boy scouts - and I gave them some money and they just stared at me like I was some feminist monster and didnt thank me or anything. Then I went in another time and bought some wine and was treated like a devil and the cashier kept insisting it was Sunday when it was Saturday and his boss was really hateful with me, saying it was a 10 minutes too early to buy and I'd have to circle around the parking lot which I did and came back in to buy (I should have gone on way I was treated.). Then today I go in and stock up on some of those big 24 packs of diet cokes - which is the only reason I go into Walmart anymore - and a man was standing in front like they do at Sams and asked to see my receipt but didn't ask for the receipts of the two men customers who exited behind me. That's a 1st in 30 years & thousands of dollars spent at Walmart.

I've been to this WalMart several times over the last few years and each time I go, the employees are very kind and helpful. This is a supercenter so there are groceries as well. There is a Burger King inside in case you are craving a Whopper. WalMart has great prices so this is a must stop each time I visit family in the area.

I can not possibly find the words to describe how much I can not stand this Wal Mart!!! Employees are not friendly and not helpful at all. Unfortunately there are some items here you can get cheaper and can not find elsewhere. I have to go in here maybe a couple times a month and too I pay some of my AT&T bills here and send money through money gram sometime. Anyway, it is kind of like going to the doctor; no one likes it but you have to sometime.

Yuuuuuck!!! Most horrible Walmart I have ever been to! I strongly agree with Rob H. ALWAYS a mess and SO MANY PEOPLE they're like gnats. My wife and I dread having to go there but they have the best prices and price match. Other than that I am looking forward to the new Cloverdale Rd location and the new Walmart grocery store on Florence Blvd. Also the new Public's will give 'em a run for their money with double and triple coupons. Haha!!!!!

Good selection of cheap stuff, but very little better-quality inventory. This is particularly so in the groceries department. But "cheap" is what W.M. is about right? Expect at least several items to be out of stock whenever you shop. You can depend on it. I can't wait for the Publix to open.

my uc education would be so disappointed with me for giving wal mart above a one. I can buy everything here. it deserves a 4 star. I mean everything, from groceries to furniture, electronics, garden supplies, car tires. There is a reason why wal mart is the worlds largest company (bigger then bp, shell, etc)
