Pretty expensive place. Take lots of money just to buy one thing. Shop everywhere else first. And when everybody else closes, you're better off waiting until they reopen than to shop there. Even if you're rich you still can't afford to shop here. In case you didn't understand what I meant, go somewhere else... Compared to this place even the Walmart self-checkout is a better solution and that really sucks. If you're a millionaire, you will only have 20 bucks left to your name after just buying a 2 liter drink and a loaf of bread.

I’ve always been going to this Walgreens and have loved it. Me and the short lady with black hair would chat it up about stuff every time she would ring me up. Fast forward to about 5 months ago, she changed and is now rude and condescending, and I don’t tolerate disrespect out of knowwhere if I haven’t done a thing to you. It’s now uncomfortable for her to ring me up and she’s very slow while doing so as if she hates doing it. Well that’s to bad because it is her job. If your not a fan of a customer that’s fine lol…nobody is entitled to like anybody and vice versa, but it’s your job to show some human decency and some respect at the least if a customer has not done anything to you. I will continue to shop here (all the other workers are bomb!) because no Walgreens worker will intimidate me and also it’s my right to shop here. If it gets worse I’ll have to call corporate or contact the BBB. I hope she doesn’t treat other customers like this as well. I would give 5 stars…such a nice and clean store bathroom and all! But these “incidents”dumped it down to 3.

If you choose Walgreens, please go to the one on Florence Blvd.Dr. Hicks had to order a lot of our prescriptions, or else I had them transferred to Florence Blvd. location.Also the Pharmacist that is also the Pharmacy manager is totally disorganized! I do not know if that is just him or he’s overworked, but either way, it is NOT good!!

They shouldn't even get a star that's the pharmacy area the general store is wonderful but the pharmacy lacks perfenializme you don't roll your eyes at a costermer or look at them snicker and walk away worst experience I ever had at a pharmacy that's Wal greens off courts street and dr Hicks Blvd. How rude!!!!!!

Used a few different Walgreens and this is by far the worst. The male pharmacist is rude and they are disorganized with your prescriptions. I don’t recommend this place.

I have been doing business with this Walgreens for over a year. There have been multiple instances of prescriptions being lost or were claimed to have not been received. Today, I experienced a level of disrespect like never before. I will not being doing any business there ever again. Prescriptions pick-up should not be difficult especially when you are sick. Do better.

I have recently moved my business to muscle Shoals Walgreens. The only employee that truly helps assist the customers is the short foreign speaking. The attitude and atmosphere is very negative
