The dark haired girl is so rude every time I have to deal with her. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. She has absolutely no customer service.

Play I don’t know the name of the little black haired lady that works in there, but she is extremely rude. She has a soured look on her face. She’s in a terrible mood. Anytime I go in to take a package today. I went to drop off a package and I didn’t hear exactly what she said but apparently I said it on the wrong side of the counter and she snatched it up and put it on the other side acting very irritated.. I thought maybe she was having a bad day a few times so I gave her the benefit of the doubt but it’s like that every single time I go in it’s absolutely ridiculous. Get another job if you don’t have good customer service skills

Be sure you have LOTS of time!
Been here a few times and there's always have 15 - 20 people in line. Mostly doing Amazon returns. Line wraps around the store, with ONE person working the counter.
I read the UPS stores are doing this "line up" on purpose to stop Amazon customers from dropping packages as it takes lots of labor, even though the company signed on for this! Some of the blame goes to the ‘Amazombies’ who are relentlessly returning stuff and don't know what the heck they are doing. If you don't know what a QR code is, you probably should NOT be ordering Amazon items let alone returning items.
I personally avoid this store. In my experience, Kohl's is WAY easier Amazon returns.....never a line.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Shelly “assisted” me by cutting me off whilst trying to explain what I was there for and rolling her eyes at me. Thank you very much.

"I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning interaction I had with Shelly, who appeared to need additional training in customer service. When she approached me from the back, her initial statement was abrupt, and when I greeted her with a friendly "good morning," she responded with a dismissive eye roll. When I inquired about her well-being, her curt response was "mmmhmmm, do you have a return?" I was taken aback by her unfriendly demeanor, which seemed unwarranted. I suggest providing Shelly with further training to ensure she can provide a better customer experience. Alternatively, it may be beneficial to assign her to a role that doesn't involve direct customer interaction."

Poor customer service. The lady working was so dismissive of the elderly lady in front of me who didn’t know how to email her the paper needed to return a package. Then was rude to me. This is not the first time I have witnessed this employee be rude to customers. I’ll be using the Mail Room in Florence from now on.

Excellent experience when dropping off an Amazon return. The store was very busy and the workers were working diligently to handle the number of individuals present. Jared promptly scanned my phone, placed a sticker on my item and provided a receipt to me. Amazon immediately provided my refund after I left the store.

Shelley was an absolute nightmare. Rude beyond belief, angry when I asked her to change the address she had listed to the correct address, zero customer service.

The absolute worst customer service. The woman acted as if we were inconveniencing her. She had the most hateful attitude. She offered no help. The boy working also had a smart attitude and replied y’all have a good day as we were leaving. We just left and will take our package somewhere else. They both should be fired.

FYI to those affected, this store does not accept anything that is gun related, not even a tiny piece of fiber optic tubing that weighs 1/10 of an ounce and is not attached to anything. If it goes on a gun, regardless of if it goes bang, they will turn you away. Hope this saves someone a wasted trip to town.
