Practically never answer the phone and never return a voicemail. However, if you manage to get a hold of a worker they are perfectly polite and helpful.

I needed last minute item for graduation ceremony. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was grateful that they saved the day!

Over priced, as most bookstores for textbooks for college students are. Usually rentals are fine though.
