I bought a 08 explorer from these guys and the next day it quit on me and hasn't ran since. I gave them all my tax money so now I'm out of a car. They kept telling me they'd call me back about a refund and now they've blocked my number. I even offered to take a different car instead. This car is clearly a lemon and they don't seem to care. I don't recommend using them at all.

I just bought a super nice little Prius from them this morning and couldn’t be happier with the experience! I needed a car right then and there and they went that extra mile for me this morning. I was in and out in 30 minutes! You will not find a more honest set of folks out there selling cars. If there’s something wrong with it, they will tell you. Unlike Greenway who cleared the check engine light and sold me a car with so many issues. I will be a life long customer here, thank you guys again!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Tri Star and couldn’t be more pleased with the service, the honesty, and the professionalism I received from everyone there. They never let me leave there until I was satisfied with the service I received. AVOID! Test drove a vehicle, seemed okay so I bought the vehicle. 14 days later, transmission goes out. (I know, doesn't seem like their fault, yet) Call the them several, several times. Twice a man answers says the owner is not there and he took the message and will have him contact me to see what we can figure out. Owner NEVER calls. I continue to call them, guess what...NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALLS, NOTHING! Left completely high and dry. Unless you test drive it to your mechanic, DONT BUY IT. Also, the check engine light comes on two days after buying the vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind they knew what was wrong with this vehicle and needed rid of it! Especially after no returning phone calls or answering their phone.

Awesome experience!!! Recently we purchased vehicle from this company... my guy was recently in vehicle VS motorcycle... Horrific accident... crushed pelvic with numerous rib fractures & punctured lung which set up infection in blood stream throughout his body!!! Now he is on his way to recovery!!!
