Transtar use to be a good company to do business with but as of lately they are one of the worst company’s to deal with if you ever have an issue and have to file a warranty or labor claim. We pay an extra $200 for a good warranty that covers parts and labor but they will not honor the warranty they sell us if there’s an issue. Our business has used transtar for many years but because of their lack to take care of warranties and labor claims we’ve been forced to take our business elsewhere.

No stars!!! Negative stars!!! Very very rude sales rep. TOold.me he " didn't have time to look for parts of prices! I will never ever attempt to purchase anything from this company again! To many other options out there to be yelled at for trying to purchase an item! Ps. Auto zone never screams at us and ALWAYS " HAS TIME" FOR MY MONEY!!!!! Had to give one star to post. Honestly I wouldn't give them any at all. Negative 5 stars

My husband has been using Transtar for several years to rebuild transmissions..both in Memphis and now in Florence and has always been happy with his representatives and the products.
