“The work they did was excellent. My car looks like nothing ever happened. There were some delays and I had to call back the last few days before it was ready. I kept hearing “maybe ready tomorrow “ for 3 days. A simple phone call from someone with a realistic explanation of completion would have made my experience much better. Not to mention I had to wait 2 months just to get my car in the shop and then another month for the repairs to be completed. Quality of work A+, communication C”

“My family and I were stuck at hobby lobby just trying to be towed down the street, the first company we called fought with us and said it'd be a 2 hour wait, we called Horne and they sent us a driver in 5 minutes who loaded us and got us to our shop in a tiny amount of time. Please don't waste your time calling other companies this is the only one to go to. They are direct, fast, and amazing to work with. Thank you”

“I highly recommend this company. My niece had a flat tire and we struggled to get 1 lugnut off to change it.
