We are very unhappy with a Rinnai water heater that was purchased from Tallman‘s. Sometimes it takes up to five minutes for water to run hot out of the faucet. And often it takes up to a minute or two to get cold water out of the faucet - warm water actually comes out of the cold water faucet. We cannot seem to get this issue resolved.

Great company. We bought gas logs as a Christmas for present for my parents. We measured the wrong dimensions and bought the wrong size. They exchanged them with no problem and answered many questions as I was unfamiliar with logs and the process. Very nice employees.

Great company. We bought gas logs as a Christmas present for my parents. We had a lot of questions as we had never bought gas logs before. They answered them and were so kind. I measured the wrong dimensions and bought the wrong size logs. They exchanged them with no problem. Because of COVID I had to call for an appointment and received one the next day (twice because of my measuring mistake). I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment so soon with the way things are going locally. They were very nice to work with.

Stopped in to see gas logs. Door locked, saw the sign on the door, I could see in showroom 1 person at the desk , called asked if could come in to see products,nope got to have appointment,no one in there. I said, quess I will take my business elsewhere. She said ok. Worst customer service ever! I guess they are independently wealthy and don’t Need us.
