I suggest just going to the Muscle Shoals location, as they are more helpful than these people. I took my phone to this store several times with service issues, both times, with no luck and no attempt to fix the problems besides giving me a new Sim card, which I told them I had already tried. The Muscle Shoals location was so helpful, they initiated a warranty exchange right there In the store, and even called samsung care for me when they had problems. They made more effort and attempt than the Florence store ever has. I think it's mainly laziness at the Florence store.

Wow. What great deals I got tonight. It was like Christmas again. Austin was very helpful. Paid off my 2 iPhones and switched from Verizon. Free Netflix. Free Apple TV. Store credit. No contract. And a bill that’s $100 less than the other. Thank you TMobile!!

Worse customer service ever. Nestor was extremely rude. Was going to try to charge me almost $50 more for the upgrade. Then tells me he doesn't care what I do when I tell him it was bad customer service I've been with sprint 18 years and this is the worse service I've ever received. Will be switching providers.

I had a horrible experience with one of their so called “managers” yesterday on Black Friday. He was out right rude and because of my personal experience with this man, T-Mobile will never have me as a customer again.

Had to upgrade & as usual, it was pretty busy. The employees were working fast, were very friendly & professional with everyone until I asked to use the restroom for my 6 yr old daughter.Their restroom was the nastiest public restroom I've seen in a very long time. Plus, there was no toilet paper, no handsoap, nor any paper towels. Had to walk my daughter down to the sub shop to use the restroom. When I informed the T mobile employee of their restroom, the employee replied very rudely "it's not our job to clean it or stock it." Thought that was pretty pathetic. Made me feel they didn't value my business.

T-Mobile is the best cell carrier in the business. I have been through all of them at one time or another. I now have their phone, watch and internet. And I ditched satellite for streaming with the Amazon Fire Stick. What I realized is that I was stupid for paying DT $148 per month for just TV. Everything I have with TMobile doesn't cost $148 per month, but lower. Not only do you save money with T-Mobile, but I rarely ever have a problem with any of my services. Great customer service, great products, and saving money. Whoop Whoop. Go to T-Mobile? YES. NOW.

Was going to switch from straighttalk to t mobile, then found out it did not pick up in my area well, so never put sim cards in my phone, then I started getting billed for phone service and never made the first call.Next thing u know I get a bill for $440 and threaten to damage my credit if I don't pay. Also go to store to do your business, don't order anything from them over your phone.
