We brought our puppy here because she was being lethargic and had blood in her diarrhea. She tested positive for Parvo but thankfully Dr Brown and Ashley were able to help us save our sweet girl. We are very thankful for how great our experience was. Our puppy is recovering perfectly and we couldn’t be more grateful

These guys were great and available when we needed them most. Cold, icy Sunday morning early. Our dog had some paralysis and neurological issues and they gave us all our options and guided us through decision making. So thankful they were open to help us in time of need.

We brought our dog in a few nights ago for bloody diarrhea. When he got there he was absolutely pitiful. We had fantastic service with everyone we interacted with and the vet was able to figure out what he needed. Teddy is a very anxious and nervous dog, and the vet and other staff were so patient and accommodating. They let me help them hold him for bloodwork and a shot to keep him calm. The vet also explained everything to me in ways I understood it but didn’t feel patronized. The next morning Teddy woke up happy and bouncy like his usual self and is drinking water, eating food, taking treats, and playing like nothing ever happened. We drove over an hour to be seen and are so thankful we did. I can’t remember the name of the vet who helped us, but it was a man who graduated from Mississippi State. Thank you for always providing excellent care for our dogs!

My dog was in the hospital at West Lauderdale a few days ago and they was awesome. It costed us 500 for a 1 night hospital stay. She was sent home the next day with meds which we gave her. Today, Friday the 10th she started to decline. I called the vet and she said she needed to be hospitalized to get her to shoals area veterinary. We rushed her over and they turned us away because we didn't have all the money to pay everything up front. Theydoncarecarecareabout a l

We had a pet emergency for a Siamese cat that had chewed part of his tail and pulled the fur out leaving a raw bleeding tip. We tried to bandage it ourselves for 2½hours with zero success and a better outcome as a snowballs' chance in hell.We left the house at 1:30am drove 30 minutes to the clinic. Was in and out in an hour, we made it home around 4am but with how nice the vet and tech saw us and treated our cat it was well worth the late-night/early morning. 1 steroid shot and liquid antibiotics and we paid less than $300 for the visit but we have gladly paid more just so he would feel better. He's not happy about the cone of shame but he isn't bitting his tail so we are very much happy!

We were seen quickly and the staff were very caring with our dog. We carried him in after being hit by a car. He is still recovering but has made huge improvements since the accident.

As a traveling pet owner it’s always important to have great emergency pet care facilities. Well we found this one from our campground owner 52 miles away and opened on a Sunday. This area is so lucky to have this place and staff available to take care of our Furends. Special people doing AMAZING things is their game. Watching them handle many different patients and owners with care and concern is pretty important here.Dr.Brown and his staff are a huge asset to this area. This is the place to go for emergency pet care, I would drive a 100 miles for this quality of service. THANK YOU??
