Employees are super rude if you’re coming to get lunch for yourself and your coworkers and have a few different lunch orders!! We love their food but every time they make me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome like I am a problem for ordering our lunch from there! Will be trying the shell on down the road next time we decide to get lunch from shell!!

Has new Cashiers who don't know the register prices. Rude when corrected. Long Lines!!! Great BISCUITS.. Soft, Crisp and buttery.

This morning I stopped at the shell station the gravy was cold and as runny as water the sausage was so hard you can barely eat it and people were rude so I believe after 10 years I'll just go across the street to Jack's and get more food it taste better for less money

Bad Experience !The girl who worked on 04/12/2022 at 3:30 AM in the morning was so rude . I prepaid my gas for $50 bucks and i pumped $49.02 . I didn't have 2 pennies . Then when i gave her two pennies after finding in my car then she said "she cant open the drawer" ! She refused to give me a dollar when i asked nicely and then i bought a bottle of water then she said very rudely that she don't have change for a hundred . Its NOT ABOUT THE MONEY . Its about costumer service .

I had really bad experience at this gas station, I visited on Tuesday 4/12/22 at 3am .Lady was rude and denied to take bill and said I don’t have change , very disappointed from this customer service.

Today I decided to get my employees all lunch and obviously the lunch hour everyone was pack and lines out the door. So my employees all decided they wanted chicken tender from shells. So I went to the shells gas station on Florence Blvd. Once I arrived the Asst. Manger or Store ask can she help me and I said yes. I ask how much per chicken tender because I wanted to purchase the whole batch. She said I don't know with an attitude and that she have to count them. So I ask do I need to place a order so I don't clean them out of all the tenders and would have to make more. I just didn't want to inconvenience the store. I run a business so I understand. But also running a business I understand customers service and if you're having a bad day that's not on the customer. Needless to say her attitude and service was terrible so I told her no thank you and have a good day and left the store without any food and went down the street and purchase lunch else where. Thank you.

Terrible place, waited in line for ever cause all there help was in back, then a guy came in and cut line and the STORE MANAGER just went and helped him leaving a whole line of people that have been waiting for a while just standing there. I will never return to this place.. my advice stay away from this shell

Overall this is a great place, although you will pay more for crispitos and pizza sticks than you will a full meal from the Jack's across the street. The staff is normally very friendly and funny. This morning was different. There was a dark haired lady that made me a biscuit, and she was the rudest person that I have encountered in a long time. She was literally yelling at me seconds after I walked in. She asked, "What do you want?" I responded with the type of biscuit I wanted and she actually yelled in the rudest of ways, "I said what do you want?!" When she asked me what I wanted, she didn't even look up at me so there is no wonder she didn't hear me, because she didn't give a damn to hear me. A mean person's negativity can affect someone's entire day. Unfortunately I met this demon lady at 8:00am and I may never forget how immediately awful she was as a person.
