The young man (sorry don't remember his name) at the counter was SUPER friendly, got me in and out so fast.
The 2 ladies that had to hook up the trailer for me (policy i guess) were very efficient and got me setup very quick.
And when I returned this afternoon Butch was very nice and joked around with me while we were dropping the trailer.

“Incredible service! Most places have been shut down because of the snow and ice. I pulled up after they had closed for the night and a guy pulled up next to me to let me know where to park. Then he said here I’ll show you and was kind enough to let me follow him around and point out where they park the trucks then he offered a ride to the front of the storage to drop off the truck keys. All of this after quitting time and just as nice as he could be. What great service, thank you so very much.”
