Won't go back to this branch. Terrible customer service. Started out fine but then the person I was dealing with wouldn't return my calls and it was extremely frustrating.

Region bank has started putting 10 day hold on all mobile deposits even if you have been depositing the same company check for months. I was told ,if I bring in the check Regions could tell me if a hold would be placed before making the deposit. That way I could take it to another bank. The local branches here in Florence,Al. are all great and this is out of there hands. So the alternative is go to another bank which I’m going to do. What good is bank that puts a 10 day hold on your paycheck every week. It seems like they maybe holding the money to drawl interest. This bank must be in trouble maybe they need a government bailout.

This location is downtown and has nowhere to lock your bike up at. This is a city with a large college population...Get up with the times regions. I shouldn't have to drive my car to go do business at the bank when I live downtown. And on top of that I waited 48 minutes to make a deposite that took 2 minutes. I canceled my account here.

Predatory, disrespectful, impossible to get support, and just an all-around awful bank. I’ve been with Regions since I was 16 because I unfortunately hadn’t discovered how great credit unions are. Here’s a list of the awful things Regions did in that time. TL;DR: Do not bank with Regions if you want a good experience. Use a local credit union instead. I promise, a credit union will care about you much more.Regions convinced me as a minor to open a Money Market account below their minimum threshold for waived fees, and I incurred fees from it for years. Part my irresponsibility as a kid, part predatory behavior from Regions associates at the Downtown Florence, AL branch to get a nice commission. In the 10 years since I’ve been with Regions, I’ve never had a negative balance or had any sketchy activity. I have maintained a healthy account. So, the one time I had a real, legitimate reason to dispute on a charge, they rejected it without even giving me the opportunity to share my evidence. This cost me $550. But I learned a hard lesson - Regions doesn’t care about protecting their customers.Their support (both the system and the associates) are terrible. Any time I’ve had to use their chat, it takes on average 4 hours to get through. If I don’t respond within 20 minutes, the chat closes. When I DO finally get through, the associates consistently try to get me to open a Money Market account instead of helping me solve my problem. There are many more issues that I’ve had over the years. Here’s one more for good measure - one time Regions’ entire card system went down and I had a declined transaction at a local coffee shop. I was in the area and happened to stop by the Downtown Florence branch to check on the issue, and the associate that helped me first deflected the blame on the coffee shop, and then on the condition of my debit card because it was ever so slightly scuffed. The branch called me hours later to apologize and say that it was a bank issue, and I used that card for a couple more years. So yes, if you care about your money and want an easy, pain free banking experience, Regions is not the bank for you. There are so many great credit unions that will serve you with empathy and take care of you. Go there, and stay far away from Regions.

They literally never have change. Ever. I have been sitting in this drive thru FOR OVER AN HOUR. It is so ridiculous. I wish my job didn't use this bank at all. I have to use my personal bank account at another bank to get change.

They're always friendly and helpful, and go the extra mile to show they care. The service is fast and the location is convenient. Whether you are considering banking with regions or already do, I highly recommend this bank.

Do not use this Bank for obtaining a home mortgage. Not customer focus. Had to give them one star otherwise it should be zero.

Horrible! Managers and the tellers do not care and are just there for a pay check. Worst service I've ever had. They do not care about people. Don't bank here!!

The lack of action to help an injured person who comes into your bank is inexcusable. The man had antifreeze from his car blow up into his face and ended up with 2nd degree burns and your bank did nothing to help him. Shame on you. Letting everyone I know to close their accounts if they bank with Regions.

Develop a better emergency plan for medical emergencies. If Brad's burns had been any more severe he could have been a lot worse off, not to mention the ammount of time he had antifreeze in his eyes and mouth can still cause serious health issues! he was in pain and had a medical emergency. What is wrong with you?

Region's customer service is deplorable. I have banked with you in the past, and said never again. The post I just read regarding the awful way you treated a customer today just confirms my decision to be correct. How could a decent human ignore a person who comes into your establishment with an emergency injury. To not offer any type of assistance is unconstitionable. The least the teller and management could have done was try to render some aid or call an ambulance. Customer service and basic human decency seems lacking there.
