Ray Miller Buick and GMC didn't actually get to work on my truck due to warranty issues but they were professional and courteous through out the whole ordeal. I would recommend them to work on everyone's vehicles !

My service advisor, Jay, took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly answer my questions. He told me what to expect in terms of a time frame and then let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready. It is also apparent that Damien, who worked on my vehicle, took pride in his work and demonstrated competence in servicing my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. Thanks for a great experience!

Everyone is always so helpful and caring. We showed up at our scheduled time and were taken right in. They gave us a shuttle to a close restaurant and then offered a ride back when they called to say our vehicle was ready. I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else.

After 3 weeks and $1,540 (main computer and battery replacement), our Rainier is running but the remotes do not work and the driver's seat will not move. Have to take it back to finish the job.

This was my first time at Ray Miller Buick-GMC and it was so pleasant that this is where I will be taking my car from now on and hopefully get some other family members to go here as well. When they asked me if I bought my car from them and I said no they did not treat me any differently or give me any grief for it. The entire dealership had a pleasant atmosphere. Every employee that I met, spoke with and even saw were nice and friendly. The service manager was easy to deal with and he was always honest with me. He even gave me his business card with his direct line and not just the main phone number. Thankfully I never needed to use it for any reason. I know that they are very busy so I left my vehicle with them and did not expect to see it for at least a few days. They got my car checked out, the part in to the dealership and fixed within 24 hours of them having it. It was so refreshing to be treated with such kindness and good service.

I tried again. As you can see in the response to my first comment, the owner appears to have replied with, "we are not pleased to hear of the incident you've described in this review. We want nothing more than to work with you to correct this situation as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience." So, that's exactly what I did. I made my call today because (like I stated previously), I thought this matter was already taken care of weeks ago. I had full intentions of forgetting the previous issue, apologizing if needed and moving on (again, I thought it was taken care of). However, now I stand behind my previous rating ever stronger. I was just informed, the reply to these reviews is an automatic response done as "consumer maintenance". It's just for show. What started this entire issue was either someone made a mistake and was trying to cover it up or it was miscommunication. Either way, even though I thought it was already resolved, I tried again to make it right.

I had a good experience with the service department at Miller Buick. I live near St. Louis and was on a visit to Florence. My engine light was on, Jay Forsythe the Service Mgr. worked my car in and fixed the problem in a couple of hours! I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I was able to drive home with confidence that my Encore was in tip top shape. My son bought a truck a little over two weeks ago and the rear end is bad in it! They will not do anything about it. It’s bad when you pay $31,000 for a truck and they won’t do anything! I will never deal with them again!! I guess you don’t care about customer satisfaction! I spoke with several people! The mechanic that drove it said it was the rear end, but they are not going to fix it! You will never have our business again!

Had a dead battery and by the time I got it jumped and to the dealership it was 15 minutes till closing. They were great and took care of me. Thanks to the staff. They are a great group of people.

We just bought our third Yukon from Ray Miller Buick GMC. Everyone is so friendly and our salesman, David Shirey is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. The service department is the best, we always take our vehicle there for oil change or any type of service needed.
