Murphy Express Florence Alabama, tonight I was refused to be serviced because I only had 100 bill. I was gonna get gas at your station as I always do and the cashier said she couldn't give me back $75 in change. It's 6 pm and every pump was full and customers were paying also inside and she refused my money. Very disappointed in your customer service and praise God I had enough gas to go to your competitors.

The automatic shutoff function on the pumps has been broken long enough, it's time to fix it. And most of the pumps' "tap" function for card payments doesn't work either. Gas prices are bad enough as it is, and you're going to give us subpar pumps that are broken too? At least make it CONVENIENT to spend a fortune filling up our tanks. Can't even sit in the car and silently cry about inflation while our gas pumps or it'll overflow.

These gas pumps have 87 for $3.24 and 87 for $2.77. Some people, especially elderly, may not know which to choose and be paying more without even knowing why. I've never seen 2 87 choices in my entire life. That is confusing to have them side by side.

I love using this gas station. You can use your Walmart Plus account here on certain pumps and it is very convenient. I think the worst part about the gas station is the layout for the exits an entrances which could no be avoided. The roads both exit onto very busy highways and streets so be very careful about entering and exiting. Other than that staff are friendly.

Today I was refused proper change by a clerk and her manager when I paid with a $20 bill that the clerk said was $10. The clerk refused to take any action until the store manager who was not on premises at the time returned. Upon the manager returning she watched store security video for 15 minutes to no real avail claiming she was trying to “zoom in” to determine the bill’s denomination. This after I had filled up with gas on two vehicles in the same visit to the tune of $90! So, Murphy USA in Florence today loses a regular customer not over $10, but for poor customer service and the obvious indifference of management and store personnel to take the matter seriously.

Good customer service, good prices. The only complaint I have is that the male cashier I encountered smelled funny. Not to be rude but sometimes you can't keep customers if you smell bad.
