Very frustrating they don’t provide towels to dry off your car! Had to leave with water all over my car. Other car washes in the area provide towels, so yall need to keep up with the competition!!

It’s ok. Not amazing, not terrible. My car seems to always been slightly dirty after from the hard water, and I find it rude to ask for a tip when the employees only swipe your card and don’t actually do anything towards the service.

Mister Car Wash always gets my car very clean after my road trips to my parents' house. Customer Service is very good here, too.

This is my go to car wash! The staff is so helpful! I parked at the vacuums before my wash and asked their advice about getting some old stickers off the back. They brought a scraper and helped me remove them and ensured there was no residue after my wash! The kind of service I didn’t expect at an automated car wash, but was thankful to receive!

I live near Florence,AL, but i drive my pickup cross country for work. I have been a Mister Car Wash member since 2020 and while it's not always perfect it is very well worth the money, in my opinion. I find a Mister Carwash somewhere in my travels at least once a week and always look forward to getting back to the one in Florence,AL. Jordan spent extra time brushing my truck before sending me through the wash to help with the bugs and stubborn spots today. Of all of the locations I've been to this is definitely my favorite!

I have a lifted Dodge Mega cab that rarely fits in any car wash. But luckily this one my truck can go thru and it does a good job

Unfortunately this car wash is both more expensive and less effective than other car washes I have visited. Most car washes I visit cost $10 to $11 for basic with an inclusion of tire shine, however this brand requires the purchase of the next highest tier at $14 for including tire shine. After exiting and starting vacuuming the inside, I noticed SEVERAL places all over the outside of my vehicle where dirt and grime was not washed off. Suffice it to say, I was very disappointed, especially having paid more fir the wash! I won't be returning to this brand of car wash.
